"Instead of focusing on what you can't do, try to master what you can do"

Abe is one of the more serious and level headed Rulers, they find strength in mortal and immortal beings of most importance. She can't stand seeing a being be helpless by it's lack of abilities, most frustrating is when she gives people abilities that they don't know how to utilize to their fullest potential. Sometimes Abe underestimates mortals.

1. Ability manipulation: Abe can see and manipulate one's abilities, not fully ridding them of them, but powerful enough to disable them from using them. She rarely does this, you'd have to seriously cross the line with the Rulers for her to rid you of an ability.

2. Ability check: Abe can see all five of an individual's abilities, even if they haven't discovered all yet.

3. Relief: Abe is capable of requesting to change one's abilities, sometimes even able to do it herself. This being a rare instance when the universe gives an ability that is hurtful to its user or those around the user. Sometimes people beg her to rid them of this power or she takes it upon herself.
