Shymai’s origins are littered with mystery, first being mistaken for a creature of the Shadow forest only for John to announce to Claide that Shymai was a lost child of his world. Despite countless efforts to uncover his past, how Shymai ended up on the Shadow Planet or where his original family might be remains a unknown. But for Shymai, this doesn’t matter. With no memories, he has embraced Claide and John as the best father figures he could ever wish for. Though still not being able to express his love for them in English, Shymai’s love for his new family is remarkable.

1. Size manipulation: Shymai is capable of manipulating his size at will, it's unsure how big Shymai can get but the biggest we've seen him is with his head in the clouds!

2. Deception: Shymai is capable of altering his appearance to look like he is from another planet. Not only does this give the illusion he is from the desired planet, he literally manipulates his body to achieve this result.

1. Flight: Shymai is capable of using his wings for floating/flying in the air!

2. Boosting aura: Shymai has the ability to boost people’s magic levels, enhancing them or stabilizing them.

-Shymai originally was close to being called 'Dain'.

-Shymai has an oval hole in his shirt for his wings!

-Shymai can retract his wings but often doesn't bother to do so, this leaving a serious fire hazard.

-Shymai often steals Spring's school lunch.

-Shymai often attempts to sneak with Spring to school.

-Shymai loves to crawl into enclosed spaces, Claide made him his own little room in his drawer yet he still goes into other spaces like the fridge.

-Shymai loves to stuff his little face, leaving Claide to stop him from overeating.

-Shymai's favorite place to be is inside of Claide's hoodie, often inside his cap. There is like a 90% chance he is sleeping in there at all times.

-Shymai has heart shaped paw prints on his hands and feet!
