Pepo is a creature which serves the role of being Nina's servant. It however gets referred to as 'Nina's weird kid', since Nina likes joking about him being her son. She sometimes is seen treating him like her own kid, maybe she gets caught up in the whole joke a little too deep. Pepo however is a silent, judgmental character. He carries around a badge with the Lava emblem on it, he likes flashing this when people question his authority. The little guy knows his place well!

- Pepo likes following people around the Lava planet.
- Pepo is often seen wandering around, he isn't always around Nina, something uncommon for talisman.
- Pepo rarely wears a different expression on his face than the one seen above.
- Pepo isn't shown to be able to talk, but he is seen to be able to make sounds now and then.
- Pepo is very quiet, even having silent footsteps so you don't really hear him coming, this often startles people.
