Tommy was only five years of age but that didn't stop him from getting hurt during the war. Thomas lost his right eye, just like Daine. He likes to relate to her as he doesn't have many friends, looking up to her and wanting to be more like her. Strong and not caring about putting her scars on display. At school people tease him about his eye patch but he tries to ignore them.
