Fate is one of the younger Rulers, which doesn't stop her from taking her role seriously. They're a figure of authority in the temple and people usually get bossed around by her. If someone is caught slacking she'll call them out on it.

1. Omen: R.o.f. can create omens to an individual to guide them towards their predetermined fate.

-Fate is fully aware that not every action of an individual is tied to their 'destiny' and that one's life is way more than just 'fulfilling' their predetermined path. Sometimes the Rulers just need an individual do their dirty work for them.
