"Without order, there is chaos"

Sorta seen as a boss in the temple, Roo works closely with Poppy. Together they enforce rules among their fellow Rulers and their creations. While Poppy is more the master mind behind it all, Roo is the enforcer, making sure there will be order in their universe.

1. Punishment: Roo is capable of requesting the universe itself to punish an individual for their wrongdoings.

2. Naughty list: Roo can see how well behaved or how naughty an individual has been. From small misdemeanor to a big favor. He'll know what type of person you are and act accordingly.
