One of the most soft spoken Rulers, Roi is the bringer of life in this world. She loves all and hates to see them go. Unlike our world, where death is common, she made it that most creations are almost immortal. Only certain circumstances can take them out.

1. Divination: R.O.I. can see what outcomes may be caused by a person's existence, together with R.O.T. they can predict someone's future in full detail. By doing this R.o.i. often can help an individual make the best decisions for getting the impact they desire in life.

2. Resurrection: Against RON's wishes, R.O.I. can resurrect the death.

3. Soul sense: R.O.I. has the ability to view a person's soul/core, feeling how much goodness they have in it, but also how much darkness. This helps her determine who deserves to live, who is to be redeemed and who is to be killed.
