R.O.T. is one of the more older Rulers, she controls time, a fundamental of the universe. She is highly respected and worshipped by many. She is very fond of people and even tries to make her fellow Rulers more forgiving and gentle.

1. Precognition: R.O.T. has the ability to for see all that involves time, if it's an event that has to happen or one that already happened. Mostly this is used as a future vision ability.

2. Time barriers: R.O.T. is capable of both placing and breaking time barriers.

3. Time flow: Being a Ruler, it comes to no surprise R.O.T. can manipulate the flow of time itself.

-R.o.t. is always in sync with time, when it stops, when it changes, when it fasts forward. She is never behind, or ahead.

-It is theorized that if R.o.t. passes away, time itself will stop forever.

-Just like Rom, R.o.t. is often seen levitating, unlike Rom, she levitates when moving, not when idling.
