"Lost but never forgotten"

Rom is the least formal Ruler in the entire temple, they are often seen descended onto the various planets and hanging around with mortals of said planet. They're very playful and sometimes even flirtatious. Despite their friendly personality, people all over still fear them as they're known to jokingly mess with people's memories.

1. Memory library: A little creepy but ROM can see everyone's memories, even the ones they believe to have forgotten.

2. Amnesia: ROM is able to make people forget memories they wish to forget, if it's trauma or just something embarrassing. It's a relief to no longer have these memories pester the individual in their life. In rare cases it's something they weren't allowed  to see.

3. Remind: Rom is able to make an individual remember things they believed to have forgotten.
