Seb as Ky knew him was a very social, creative kid with slight anger issues. 

Despite being a troubled child, he still was Ky's first ever best friend growing up! She met him by coincidence in a roleplaying game on ROBLOX and she still remembers their meeting till this day, to have someone notice her existence and wanting to be friends? That never happened before, still being touched by the idea just anyone can become such an important character in your life, Ky still loves & cares for her friendship she had with Sebastian. 

Where ever Sebastian might be in life now, if he still even remembers the time spend with his old pal, he'll always be a big part of SpringTime just like Ky promised to him, maybe not to the present him but to the silly Dane she once proudly called her best friend. He made a lonely little girl a little less lonely and so, so happy at some point.
