Irisa, known as Viv, is a former Icelandic rescue worker who specialized in navigating extreme Arctic conditions. Raised near Geysir, she grew up surrounded by harsh landscapes and unpredictable weather, developing a deep respect for nature and the people who risked their lives within it.

Before the collapse, she worked in high-risk rescue operations across Iceland, responding to avalanches, blizzards and climbing accidents. Whether guiding the lost or locating those buried beneath snow, Viv became known for her ability to track movement where others saw nothing at all. When the world fell, that skillset became invaluable.

In a landscape now filled with unseen threats, Viv adapted her methods into something new, using salvaged technology, cameras and environmental awareness to monitor movement and predict danger before it strikes. Where others react, she anticipates.

Despite her capabilities, Viv is quiet and often withdrawn. She struggles with casual conversation, preferring either meaningful exchanges or comfortable silence. Around people she trusts, however, she shows a softer side, gentle humor, quiet loyalty, and an unwavering willingness to help. She forms close bonds with only a few, most notably Niklas, whom she sees as a brother figure. Around him, she’s more at ease, less guarded, more herself.
