Fred is quite the guy, he believes he is the 'Ruler of the universe', he believes he is going to be one of the rulers when he grows up, maybe even being head of them aka. 'the Ruler of the universe'. Surprisingly he has convinced a good handful of people, some of course just playing along because it makes Fred happy. Even when people tell him how ridiculous the idea is, he doesn't seem to care much about such opinions, however he is capable of convincing people thanks to the sheer power he possesses.

1. Shiva: Fred is capable of summoning a phoenix, she can put a fiery dome around Fred and his allies.

2. Beaming: Unlike the beams the Lights can do, Fred is capable of transferring himself and others from place A to place B. 

3. Fiery fists: Capable of throwing insanely powerful punches, even to his fellow aliens these seem out worldly.

4. Power shift: Fred can shift one's power onto someone else.
