Project Sylvia was inspired by what went down during the Eclipse war, the Ice monsters were quick to jump on the idea and soon enough a volunteer stepped forward for the project. Wiping who they were before the project entirely, Sylvia no longer is a person. They are nothing but a husk of that person designed to follow orders.
